New York City is a grand City! There was a time when i would be in New York every week end during mos. delivering fresh produce. Its lacks a bit of its luster, but i always saw signs of its greatness! Once,i had to wait a couple of days for a return load home.I park near to the business i was to be loaded. Each morning the owner would have someone sweep the front section of his shop, knowing full well that in a matter of hours,it would appear as if no one had did anything! He simply refused to give in and do nothing! I never met him and i will never forget him!
hilarious?
Yeah, that was hilarious.
I’m missing the hilarity
Wow, that is amazing. Very good stuff indeed dude.
This is a fabulous photo collection. It makes New York feel so real!
An odd header for these pictures… I didn’t find them hilarious, I found them to be quite beautiful. What is hilarious is how deplorable the world’s fashion sense has gotten. People were looking sharp back then!
“The Twenty Hilarious Historic Photos of New York City”
You have no idea what the word Hilarious means.
I want my 2 minutes back!
These r the fabulous photos collection.
These aren’t hilarious… and you stretched the resolution on the one from Grand Central. Good job.
I think these pics were beautiful, not hilarious? A glimpse into yesterday!! Loved it!
Hilarious? Somebody needs the dictionary. Chambers? Oxford? Websters’?
AMAZING look at yesteryears – only, IT was the ‘PRESENT’ when shot — that makes these brilliant!
Awesome is the word. In my memory (about 50 years ago) the Camel smoking sign was on the second floor as seen from the cheap motel we three stayed in when we were running away.
Absolutley awesome.. great pictures.
